Salt Therapy

Salt therapy is another natural way to improve your health. It involves breathing in salt particles, which are said to help clear your airways, reduce inflammation, and boost your immune system.

Our Story

We are a family-owned and operated business located in the heart of downtown Martinez, CA. We both are from San Francisco, and we love how beautiful and diverse the communities are now. Our story begins with us dating at 14 and losing contact once we reached our 20s. My now-husband found me on Facebook, and after 38 years we reconnected in 2017, and 3 months later we were married.

My husband and I are both over 50, and we each have different ailments that started to become a daily issue. I wanted an alternative for my husband who has RA and sciatica. He didn’t want to take the traditional medicines, and one day I came across a spa in LA that had infrared saunas and a halosalt therapy room. I had only heard about infrared from hearing that Steph Curry uses it for his muscle recovery, and I had never heard of a salt room before this experience.

I was sold after my first experience with infrared and halosalt therapy. I couldn’t believe how amazing I felt, and I knew this was what I wanted my husband to experience. I wanted everyone to experience it!
